CEPAs come from a variety of professional disciplines and integrate the Value Acceleration Methodology differently into their practices. Picking your role as a CEPA is critical. The CEPA has three role options: 1) CEPA Professional, 2) CEPA Quarterback, and the 3) CEPA Value Advisor. Which one are you?
In this session, led by the 2022 Thought Leader of the Year and EPI Faculty Member, Julie Keyes, who is widely known in the profession as “The Collaborator”, learn about each of these CEPA types and which type fits you the best. Once you have picked your role, you can then pick your path and begin to develop yourself towards that CEPA type. You can also begin to focus on the missing teammates on the advisory team and how to build out the team around you so you can be the most impactful to the owner as a connector of people and collaborator.
